Patient Portal

Patient portals provide you with convenient, secure electronic access to your health information, giving you the ability to manage your own health and interact with us directly. There is no charge for this service.

Please note that during this pandemic, booking appointments via the portal has been temporarily disabled. Please call reception for all bookings. 098177887

The Patient Portal, can for enrolled patients only, allow you to:

  • Request repeat prescriptions

  • Book appointments (not currently enabled)

  • View your lab results

  • Access clinical summaries

  • View your vaccination history

  • Receive reminders and recalls

  • Access secure non urgent email consultations (This will incur a fee)
