Enrolment Information

The Ministry of Health requires us to have a signed form for each patient, including children to confirm enrolment on our Practice Register.

Appointment Times:

Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm

  Friday  9am - 3pm

Bookings essential. 

After hours our phones (098177887) are switched over to Homecare Medical Ltd, a 24 hour, registered nurse telephone triage service after hours.

After hours, we recommend CareHQ for virtual consults 7 days a week 7am to 7pm. Visit carehq.co.nz to book an appointment. Enter the coupon code PRO-1 at the payment screen, to claim your discount for this service.​

For in person appointments, Henderson Westcare/White Cross Clinic at 131 Lincoln Rd, Henderson (24 hours) and at Westcare/White Cross Clinic, 2140 Great North Road Avondale (8am-10pm). The nearest hospital is Waitakere Hospital.

Healthline is available 24/7 for health advice and information from a registered nurse. 0800611116

We ENCOURAGE YOU TO USE THE PATIENT PORTAL to view results, order prescriptions, and for online consultations. Please note all appointments will need to be made by telephone 098177887 or email contact@healthwisemedical.co.nz.

Please note that we will notify you of any abnormal results (ie lab/radiology) of concern. If you do not hear from us, then the result is not of concern. You are welcome to check the portal to view the results. 

If you have any flu-like symptoms, please do not enter our building. We can see you in the car or our designated area outside of the building. Call reception to let them know you have arrived.​
